Flare (FLR) Joins Forces with Major NFT-Centric Platform, Uppercent
Flare (FLR), a cutting-edge, interoperable blockchain, is making waves in the explosive world of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). In a major development, Flare-based NFTs will now serve as “entry tickets” on a premier e-learning platform, Uppercent.
According to a recent announcement from Flare (FLR), the EVM-compatible L1 blockchain, it has entered into a long-term partnership with Uppercent, a new-generation digital education platform. The partnership will kick off with Uppercent minting NFTs on the Flare (FLR) blockchain.
On the Uppercent platform, users will have the opportunity to buy and sell access to exclusive courses taught by top instructors in various fields including social media management, business development, lifestyle, mindset, coaching and more. The registration campaign for the first courses will launch this March, with students able to register and attend the courses once the platform goes live.
This partnership represents one of the first NFT-powered initiatives in the dynamic edtech sector. Uppercent CEO and founder, Jake Lee, is confident that the collaboration with Flare will help propel his startup to the top ranks of digital education platforms in the business and media spheres. He stated, “We’re thrilled that Flare is joining us in bridging e-learning from Web2 to Web3 with the goal of rebuilding the e-learning ecosystem and providing more value to all stakeholders. Flare’s interoperability protocols, and specifically the State Connector, will be a huge help in enabling us to build the first secondary market for e-learning.”
Starting today, anyone interested in becoming a member of the Uppercent platform can sign up on the project’s Discord server before the official public release. Uppercent is not only building a go-to platform for e-learning, but also creating a remote-only community of like-minded individuals and future business and management leaders. Stay tuned for more updates!
